The Site

Green Village is built on a site covering 40,000 m2, 11% of which is occupied by terraced villas and buildings and 89% by greenery.

Green Village was designed to European standards by the Swiss architect Charles Steiger. It includes:

62 villas
2 swimming pools (one of 450 m2 for adults and one of 150 m2 for children)
poolside restaurant/bar open 7 months of the year reserved for residents and their guests
tennis court
jogging track around the edge of the site
covered parking places

Each villa has satellite television, a wireless Internet connection and an intercom system.

The villas are surrounded by greenery designed and laid out by a landscape architect.

A stone wall topped by a fence surrounds the estate and Green Village is protected by active security around the clock.
